Albizia mossamedensis is a tree native to southwestern Africa, particularly Angola and Namibia. It belongs to the mimosa subfamily of legumes and grows in dry woodland and bushveld habitats. Like other albizias, it bears fluffy, spherical flower heads and bipinnate compound leaves, providing dappled shade in the often harsh environments it inhabits.
