Brongniartia mortonii is a shrubby legume in the genus Brongniartia, family Fabaceae, named after botanist Conrad V. Morton. It is endemic to Mexico and grows in dry scrub habitats, bearing papilionoid flowers and elongated seed pods characteristic of the genus.
