Acacia rubida

Acacia rubida, the red-stemmed wattle or red wattle, is a shrub native to southeastern Australia. Young growth displays attractive reddish tints that fade with maturity, reflected in the epithet rubida. It grows in subalpine and montane zones of New South Wales and Victoria, tolerating frost and cold conditions, and produces yellow globular flower heads in spring.
