Acacia saxatilis is a low spreading shrub endemic to southeastern Australia, growing primarily in rocky outcrops and cliff faces in New South Wales and Queensland. The epithet saxatilis means growing among rocks, accurately describing its preferred habitat. It forms part of the rocky outcrop plant community and produces yellow globular flower heads in late winter.
