Dichilus reflexus is a perennial leguminous shrublet native to South Africa, occurring primarily in the Western Cape and Namaqualand regions in fynbos and succulent karoo habitats. It bears bright yellow pea flowers with reflexed petals on upright stems with small narrow leaves, tolerating the Mediterranean-type climate of southwestern South Africa. The species belongs to a small endemic African genus closely related to broom-like shrubs of the Crotalarieae tribe.
