Crudia spicata

Crudia spicata is a tree native to tropical South America, found in lowland Amazonian and Guianan rainforests of Brazil, Guyana, and surrounding countries. It belongs to the caesalpinioid legumes and produces spike-like racemes of small flowers lacking petals, a characteristic feature of the genus Crudia. The tree grows in moist, humid forests often near rivers and forms part of the diverse Amazonian tree flora.
