Acacia trachyphloia, known as rough-barked wattle or tallow wood wattle, is a small to medium tree native to southeastern Queensland and northeastern New South Wales. It grows in dry sclerophyll forest and woodland, and is recognized by its rough, tessellated bark. The species produces yellow globular flower heads and is an important component of dry coastal and hinterland forest communities.
