Chamaecrista robynsiana

Chamaecrista robynsiana is a legume native to central Africa, named in honor of Frans Hubert Edouard Arthur Walter Robyns, a Belgian botanist and director of the Jardin Botanique de l'État in Brussels. It grows in the woodlands and forests of the Congo basin region and the Great Lakes area of central Africa. The plant produces the characteristic yellow flowers and elongated pods of the Chamaecrista genus.
