Kennedia stirlingii is a twining vine endemic to Western Australia, growing in the sandplain heathlands and mallee woodlands of the southwest. It produces pea-shaped flowers in pink to lilac tones and has trifoliate leaves typical of the genus. The plant is well adapted to nutrient-poor sandy soils and dry summer conditions characteristic of southwestern Australia.
