Astragalus hartmanii, known as Hartman's milkvetch, is a perennial herbaceous legume endemic to a narrow zone in the Texas hill country and trans-Pecos region of the United States. It produces pink to purple pea-type flowers and silvery-hairy pinnately compound leaves, growing on limestone outcrops and rocky slopes. The species has a restricted range and grows in the distinctive cedar-grassland and rocky hill habitats of central Texas.
